How long we keep it

We retain client records for six years after the end of the engagement, in line with tax law and anti-money laundering requirements. Identity verification records are kept for five years after the business relationship ends. Data no longer required is securely deleted.

How we protect it

Data is stored in reputable cloud services protected by encryption and two-factor authentication. Access is limited to the firm. We do not store client records on paper except where you provide them, and originals are returned to you.
